3.3. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

4.1. All students must hold a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license and carry it during all lessons.

4.2. Students must adhere to all road safety regulations and follow the instructor’s guidance at all times.

4.3. Wheels In Motion Driving School reserves the right to terminate a lesson if the student is deemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if the student’s behaviour is inappropriate or dangerous. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
